تذكير البشر بخطر الشعوذة والكهانة والسحر
تضمنت هذه الرسالة بيان كفر الساحر ووجوب قتله كما تضمنت الدلالة والإرشاد إلى العلاج المباح للسحر بالرقية والأدعية والأدوية المباحة، وتحريم علاج السحر بسحر مثله لأنه من عمل الشيطان.
