إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ (13) (البروج)

أَيْ مِنْ قُوَّته وَقُدْرَته التَّامَّة يُبْدِئ الْخَلْق وَيُعِيدهُ كَمَا بَدَأَهُ بِلَا مُمَانِع وَلَا مُدَافِع.
