وَمَا أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ (4) (الحجر)

يُخْبِر تَعَالَى أَنَّهُ مَا أَهْلَكَ قَرْيَة إِلَّا بَعْد قِيَام الْحُجَّة عَلَيْهَا وَانْتِهَاء أَجَلهَا .
